UPS Returns: TSB takes UPS, Fedex and USPS returns as long as a full, pre-paid shipping label is presented. For Amazon specifically, TSB is a UPS Access Point, which will generate a shipping label on Amazon’s return page. We are not a UPS Store, so cannot process QR codes.
