REGISTRATION FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY

Before you register, please read the following:

There is only a need to register one time. Please do not re-register every time you place an order using our address. If you need to update your email address, DO NOT use this form, please email us instead.  If an entire household intends to use the receiving service, please register EVERY name in the family as is appropriate. This will ease the log-in process and ensure that email notifications go out to the proper family member.

Emails are an automatic function of our inventory program, and are 
sent as a courtesy only.  
TSB is not responsible for letting you know when parcels arrive nor are we responsible for your lost emails. We strongly recommend that you track your own parcels until the manifest shows a delivered status to our address.

We only notify via phone upon request (for a $1.50 charge) or after a parcel has been in our warehouse 30 days to inform customers of additional storage fees owed. 

If you plan to be a frequent parcel receiving customer of TSB Shipping, you will need to sign up for a TSB ID number. This number is a necessary part of registering with TSB, and must be done in person as we have to verify and photocopy 2 pieces of identification at the time a form is filled out. This number cannot be shared with anyone, unless they have also submitted two pieces of ID (in person) to be added to that record. This number is extremely helpful in identifying the owner of a parcel, should a name be omitted or misspelled on the shipping label, so please take the time to fill out this quick form when you pick up your first parcel.

Once assigned, this ID number will become a part of the mailing address, inserted in 
the “Address 2” line of your mailing address. Example:
